What can I do for you?

I really believe that we are the ultimate experts in our own lives.

So then… where do I come in?

Our own intuition gets blinded over time. We unconsciously or consciously learn to cover up what we really want- SHAMING ourselves for reactions and decisions, and who we are, instead trying to live up to others’ expectations.

Through the process of therapy, our work together will help you begin the process of healing by digging deep, and developing your understanding of yourself, your reactions, your experiences, what is really inside you, and how these elements plays together.

This can take a short time or a long time, depends on you, what you want to accomplish, and your decisions along the way.

But, by going through this process, many things will occur including the following two things:

-You will learn to make decisions that keep yourself as a priority.

-You will learn to have the strength to empower yourself for your life: decisions, relationships, career choices, etc….

As a therapist, I really believe in supporting my clients to bring out their best selves. This is the way to be true to yourself.

At times, the process may be challenging.

Healing from the painful and traumatic experiences you went through as a child and as an adult are crucial in the process toward loving yourself.

Sometimes, this hurts.

And that’s where I come in.

I will be by your side and I will support your through it all.

The end goal:

It is possible to learn self-compassion & to learn to love yourself.

Using evidence-based approaches, you will be able to:

-have better interactions with others,

-know who you are,

-what you want,

-and how you can get it- peacefully.

This will help you feel better about yourself, have the best possible relationships with your family and your friends, become more successful in your work environment, and feel great about the decisions you make to be the best parent to your children (that last line is obviously only if you have kids of your own, that is).

I can’t wait to hear from you.
