    I utilize a variety of evidence-based techniques to help you work through your personal history. I will customize a treatment plan that is specific for you so that you can work through the traumas in your life that have become obstacles- holding you back.

  • What type of therapy can help me in my relationships?

    Whether it is a parent, child, sibling, friend, or coworker, we will explore together what is happening, why it is happening, and how you can make effective and real change in your life. You can see real positive change, and it doesn’t have to take a long time.

  • Is Online Therapy just as effective?

    Teletherapy, is very effective. Instead of navigating through traffic, spending hours on the road to and from appointments, we can work together through the comfort of your own space to dig deep and see real results. Additionally, with online therapy you can schedule an appointment in the middle of your workday during your lunch hour or during an extended break. Many people prefer online therapy for all of these reasons.

  • How long will it take for me to see results from Therapy?

    Results vary depending on your needs.

    Some folks just need a few sessions to work through something that’s been going on in their lives, or their thoughts.

    Other people spend more time. It’s all up to you.

  • How do I pay for therapy? Do you accept insurance?

    I do not accept insurance but if you have a PPO, you may get partial reimbursement by submitting my Superbill to your insurance.
