My Journey

As a therapist, I am extremely passionate about helping others find their meaning- their why, and working through all the inner and outer noise to get to what's really underneath. I believe that we all have the right to be loved unconditionally. Learning about ourselves is a lifelong process and I believe we have the ability and the right to change and develop over our lifetime.

I have been passionate about mental health since I was a young child growing up in the midwest in Cleveland, Ohio. Thinking about what makes us unique, what motivates us, and why we all think differently has always intrigued me.

My formal studies started with a bachelor’s in Psychology at Yeshiva University in New York, and continued on to complete a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Nova Southeastern University in Florida.

I am a lifelong learner and I will always continue learning so I can continue to best help my clients. Studying the new research that is always coming out, I can understand how it might best apply to our work together.

I am a wife, and mom of 5 kids. My kids definitely keep me on my toes and constantly remind me of how everyone deserves a safe space to feel, be who they are, and develop into their best selves.

I LOVE to read : ) I have piles of books I’m working through all over my house, and I’m always trying to make my way through them.

I love to sit on the beach and take long walks so I can breathe, feel the wind, and be outside in nature.

I would be honored to join your journey with you.

“Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms—to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way.”
